At Al Fajar Cosmetics, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not happy with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Sale, clearance, or promotional items are not refundable unless defective or damaged.

Refund Process

Our support team will review your request and may ask for photos of the product.

Once approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (bank or provider processing times may vary).

Important Notes

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

If you paid by Cash on Delivery (COD), we will refund via bank transfer or offer store credit.

Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
